If you receive a notification saying your TickTalk has been locked due to 5 wrong password attempts, it’s easy to reset! Please, do not deactivate your watch, instead go to your TickTalk App > Parent Portal > If you have multiple watches click on the icon and choose correct watch > Watch Password to delete the current password or enter a new password. Your TickTalk’s password will update and your child will be able to unlock the watch with the new password. If you’d like to disable the watch password to avoid future issues, simply delete the password and return to your TickTalk App.
