Question: Is it possible to replace a SIM and keep your old phone number?

Answer: Yes, swapping from a SIM to another SIM via your TickTalk Wireless portal is possible!

Requirements: Replacement SIM for SIM exchange.

Here’s how:

You can easily replace a SIM provided you have access to a replacement SIM. To do so, you should:

  1. Open your TickTalk Wireless Account: https://activate.myticktalk.com/
  2. Navigate to the subscription and click on "Subscription Details"

3. Select the SIM you are intending to replace.

4. Press the “Replace your SIM” button in the top right corner.

5. You will be asked to confirm your wish to perform the replacement. You will then be prompted to install the new SIM.
