Why is my Power Base not charging?

TickTalk 5 PowerBase Troubleshooting

To charge, your TickTalk 5 must be placed with the black and red buttons facing up. Make sure the pins line up on the watch and the charging station with the camera on your left hand side. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact our Support team here.
