Can I reactivate a canceled subscription?

If you recently canceled your TickTalk Wireless plan, you can reactivate within 60 days of cancellation. After 60 days, you’ll need to request a new SIM card from our Support Team to start a new subscription. 

If you request a new SIM card, the previous phone number associated with your TickTalk smartwatch will change and you’ll be assigned a new phone number. To request a new TickTalk Wireless SIM card, please contact us here.
