How do I cancel my TickTalk Wireless plan?

If you do decide you want to cancel your TickTalk Wireless plan, please sign into your TickTalk Wireless account here, select Plan Details > Manage Subscription > Cancel Subscription. You’ll have the remaining portion of that billing cycle to use your TickTalk Wireless SIM card with your TickTalk smartwatch. If you change your mind, you can easily cancel your cancellation under the Manage Subscription option.

We’ll be sad to see you go, but you’ll have the remaining portion of your billing cycle to use your plan (For example: If you cancel your plan 15 days into your billing cycle, you’ll have the remaining 15 days to continue using your plan). You’ll also have time to reactivate your plan in that same billing cycle if you change your mind!

*If you cancel your TickTalk Wireless subscription, you’ll have 60 days to reactivate to keep your same phone number. After 60 days, you’ll need to request a new SIM card and be assigned a new phone number.
