Do I have to setup a separate account for TickTalk Wireless?

Yes, you'll need to create a separate account with TickTalk Wireless in order to activate your SIM, select your TickTalk's cellular plan, and get your TickTalk's phone number. All plan refill, activation, and payment takes place on TickTalk Wireless.
